a quiet environment and closeness to the city centre. breakfasts should be served earlier, at least at 7 am. Moreover, the smell of a sewage system was a small drawback. |

Friendly personnel, good location nearby premetro stop, adequate breakfast (excellent croisants :-) & basic tidiness, which was all I needed. In order to get warm/hot water, you had to let the water run for quite a long while. Not very ecological but apparently a feature of old house plumbing. |

Very nice hotel, the best you can get for this price in Brussels. I have seen other hotels for the same price, that have been terrible. This was really nice, clean, and very charming. |

I found the hotel cosy, quite, decent. So far the best 2stars hotel in this price range i ever stayed in in Brussels. I only wish they that had a safe in the room, |

Good location, nice owner, internet included Small hairs quite abundant (especially in the bathroom); barely room to turn around in the bathroom; extremely thin walls |

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. My room was of a nice size and was tidied very efficiently every day. I will use it again next time I'm in Brussels Nothing wrong with it, but it was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. It didn't have the facilities you'd expect in a hotel |

The hotel is basically staffed only by the owner; a very nice man. I felt welcome. The internet connection was greatk, the room (Nr. 1 on the ground floor) was very large, unlike most of the "shoebox" rooms in other hotels in Brussels. I will definately return. |

It was clean and updated flooring and furniture, they also had a nice breakfast and area. The location- we did not feel safe getting to our hotel. |

Clean room, sat tv with plenty of programs (decoder in the room), wireless internet access for free (though this time the connection was fairly unstable). That is all what is needed in a no frills, short trip. Breakfast was good but a bit too basic (especially if compared to major hotels). Excellent value for money. Water discharge in the shower was a bit slow in my room. Quite easy to turn the bathroom into a swimming pool :) |

The manager was quite helpful if asked specific questions. The hotel is in quite a mixed area, but is convenient for the Avenue Louise area, via rhe Chaussee de Charleroi I was surprised to find that there were telephones in the rooms (and it wasn't clear how I would make or receive a phone call, except by mobile). The rooms were clean and the public areas are well kept and the hotel is a useful, fairly basic alternative to the pricier Brussels hotels. |

Room/bed was large; breakfast room was pleasant and had well laid-out continental breakfast, plus satellite TV news; staff were pleasant and unobtrusive. Good cleaning standard. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice parks within 10-20 mins walk. Photos showed a pool table, which would have been fun. There were cues, but table was not visible...had perhaps been covered up for use as a breakfast table? Would be nice touch also if hotel put say 1-2 tables in rear yard...sometimes nice just to sit down in sunshine and read newspaper, without having to leave hotel...would happily have paid for extra tea/coffee/soft drinks during the day |
