Quite simply the best location in Brussels.

Staff were excellent, friendly and proffesional. Internet rate were reasonable for a 5 star hotel, 1st 3 hours free, then per minute up to 45 minutes then per day. Check in was quick in less than 5 minutes, check out was the same.

hallways to the rooms needs renovation.

The place of the hotel was excellent.

Excellent breakfasts! Good selection of TV programmes.

Rather poor internet services; the dining room furniture is falling apart (this applies to a table leg at one breakfast, and a chair arm at another)! No trouser press service in room.

This did not rate as a 5 star hotel in our opinion even with the upgrade to a suite on our complaint. Brekky was average for a 5 star hotel.
