The Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place is a 5 star hotel, member of the Leading Hotels of the World, ideally located in the heart of Brussels, just off the Grand Place. The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from the Central station that is directly connected to the International Airport, the Eurostar and Thalys terminals.
The hotel offers 266 fully equipped rooms including 17 Suites. The Chutney’s bar-restaurant offers a diversified menu with worldwide flavors for lunch or dinner. The attractive bars, the fitness center, sauna and our high service level are distinctive signs of our passion for perfection. The fifteen conference rooms all have natural daylight and can accommodate from 10 to 300 persons.

From 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. every day the Royal Teatime is served in the Waterloo bar. The Royal Teatime consists of a selection of rare and high quality teas, finger sandwiches, traditional scones and incredible pastries made by our pastry chef Sophie Tordoir.
For those who want to keep dancing all night long, the Duke's night-club is open from 11:00 pm.
Room service is at you disposal 24 hours a day.

We loved Chutneys Bar at the Royal Windsor and the relaxed atmosphere.

Maybe it's just Belgians but they were not friendly, that said they were not unfriendly just bland (aside form Chutneys where they were more friendly)

We stayed at this hotel some 20 plus years ago and it is still a very plesant hotel to stay at and very easy access to main places

We thought that the price of breakfast was high and pleased it was in our package athough the hotel had to see our booking data before they agreed.When we left we had coffee for 2 which we felt very expensive at 11 euro.

the location of the hotel

i was not informed about the reconstruction of the hotel - too noisy; no heating in the resto for breakfast but waiters were very polite

Friendly, efficient staff; cleanliness and layout of room; comfort of bed; ambience!

I'm being picky - the hairdryer in the bathroom only worked intermittently. Not a big issue. Also, the hotel's room service menu could be better laid out - in terms of clearly marking the items available 24 hours. Like I said, small, small issues. This is a good hotel.

Excellent sound insulation in a city centre hotel. Very restful after a busy day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Small room but well designed and furnished with effective use of mirrors.
